Overall rating
It was quite crowded on the day we visited- on a Friday of a 3-day holiday weekend. Having the VIP ticket saved us about 15 minutes of waiting in line to purchase entry tickets. Trying to have lunch on the property was also quite crowded- we opted to eat in the fine dining restaurant in a separate building. It had excellent food! I would recommend spending the money on an audio guide to use during your visit.
Definitely worth the money! Our tour guide, Pauline, ensured that every guest felt attended to throughout the trip. She seamlessly switched between three languages to keep everyone engaged and on the same page. Her food recommendations were also fantastic!
Vincent was a fab guide, great value for money for a full day trip. Appreciated Vincent dropping us off at the night market so we could continue our experience of seeing the best of Taipei
It’s a long weekend. Lots of visitors went to the same locations. Thomas Wu, our tour guide, handled the tough situation.
Amy was a great host and really went the extra mile.
