Anne was amazing! We arrived at the meeting point 15 mins before the time we were suppose to meet and she and the bus were already there waiting for everyone. She give us all the information needed in our ride to the waterfall and then guide us through the whole experience and give us tips for food and shopping in the area. Will strongly recommend !!!

Our guide, Barbie, was knowledgeable about Taiwan and was very enthusiastic in making the trip interesting for us! She was also very patient with my son and I when we got lost in the crowds at the lanterns and couldn't find our way back to meet the group. Thanks so much, Barbie, for the wonderful daytrip! Continue to Shifen Old Street to partake in the fun of making wishes and releasing sky lanterns, part of Taiwan's cultural heritage.

When the sky is getting dark, enjoy the charming night view of Jiufen. Explore this legendary mountain town and have the chance to try Taiwanese cuisine, at your own expense. Learn about tea-drinking culture and enjoy the town's tranquillity before returning to Taipei.

*Please note that if the Shifen Waterfall suspension bridge is undergoing annual maintenance, an alternative route will be taken, which may require additional walking.
