Continue to Shifen Old Street to partake in the fun of making wishes and releasing sky lanterns, part of Taiwan's cultural heritage.

When the sky is getting dark, enjoy the charming night view of Jiufen. Explore this legendary mountain town and have the chance to try Taiwanese cuisine, at your own expense. Learn about tea-drinking culture and enjoy the town's tranquillity before returning to Taipei.

*Please note that if the Shifen Waterfall suspension bridge is undergoing annual maintenance, an alternative route will be taken, which may require additional walking.

Had a great day with this tour. Good to have 2.5 hour at Jiufen. We enjoyed real sunset moment there. It was a very hot day over 30 degrees, but the tour supplies free and unlimited water bottles which were really saver! The guide Pauline was great, 3 languages expert. Meeting point was clear. ..and really incredibly reasonable fee. As for the sky lantern, they will take order at the bus before we arrive ( different colours etc) and book for you but I did not know about it so we organised our booking by ourself in advance but still ok, had great experience! Better think about what you write in the lantern, be well prepared!
