An absolute master of his craft — every movement is intentional, every moment infused with calm and grace. Watching him conduct a tea ceremony is like witnessing poetry in motion. Truly a rare blend of tradition, discipline, and soul.

I was visiting Tainan for a day trip and booked this tea ceremony to learn more about Taiwanese tea, and I’m so glad I did! It was a very enjoyable couple of hours where I got to try different teas, learn about the processes of how they’re made and enjoy using the lovely ceramics King had for the different teas. King is a fantastic host. Not only is he very knowledgable on tea he is also very warm and friendly. He was very accommodating in rearranging the time of my session when I had time constraints to catch a train back to Taipei and also shared great recommendations for things to see in Tainan for my short trip. He even took me around some of the temples nearby, sharing lots of knowledge that I otherwise would not have had! It was a great end to my Taiwan trip. Thank you King!

If you want to dive deeper into the world of tea culture, I think this is the best experience to start with. 1) An amazing set of teas worth trying - I still don't understand how tea can have so many flavors. 2) King was an excellent host, making the stay comfortable while being very entertaining. You can get a lot of information about Taiwan, tea culture, Tainan, and have a lot of fun :) 3) I am very interested in how to make my own tea, and I have mastered the basic techniques of making tea. Overall, this was one of the best experiences in Taiwan :)
