From Bohol & Panglao Island: Full-Day Bohol Tour

Explore some of the Philippines’ most beautiful landscapes and countryside in this tour of the island province of Bohol. Start with a visit to the Blood Compact Site in Tagbilaran City, and see the place where the Spaniards and Filipinos created friendly relations and ties through a blood ritual. See local men and women weave Nipa leaves into roofing materials, before visiting a typical Boholano home, the Clarin Ancestral House. Walk along the Loboc River, and keep your eyes open along the water for a Tarsier, the smallest monkey in the world. Feel the coolness of the air and gaze at the thousands of painstakingly planted mahogany trees in the man-made forest of Bilar. From there, feast your eyes on the breathtaking Chocolate Hills, a collection of over 1,200 clustered green hills that turn brown during dry season.
