What People Are Saying About Sydney Tower Eye
The convenience of getting on and off was fine. But using earphones for the guide was most unsatisfactory. Either train the driver to be the guide, as was the case with the ferry, or use a paid guide. It would be a little more expensive, but infinitely more useful, especially for out of country visitors like us, visiting from the US. It was also unfortunate that the driver would not accept a soft copy payment/ticket advice, forcing us to pay again, after we had paid through your reservation system. We also did not realize that the bus picked up very close to our hotel, and we were making all sorts of arrangements to get to one of two locations directed on the website, with the result that we had to stand at a pick up stop for almost 2 hours to get on the bus. The information could have been much better with respect to possible pickup locations. In any case, it was a good way to see the beauty of Sydney. Sincerely, Bertram Okpokwasili
The bus was a great way to get awesome information about sydney. You could get off at many different stops along the way. I would suggest this tour to anyone!
When I started the hop-on hop-off tour I was surprised to learn that the tickets include two tours each lasting about 90 minutes. However, due to time constraints I was only able to take central tour. Generally it was a very good experience to get an overivew of central Sydney and the main attractions there. The guide was talkative and a good narrator and also very well understandable. The negative point was the bus. It was very old loud and obviously also not waterproof when it started raining.
