I really enjoyed all aspects of the cruise EXCEPT we were left stranded at Manly, after waiting nearly an hour some one rang the office to be informed that the boat had broken down and we would have to make our own way back. Using our Opal cards Cath and I got on the next ferry, we went to your office on Circlar Quay were the gentleman behind the counter was very apologetic and reimbursed our fare. I think if you knew the boat had broken down surly you could have got word to someone at Manly OR send someone over on the fast ferry to inform all the people waiting for your boat, this would have save a lot of ill feeling and complain. I would have scored EXCELLENT if this would not have happened. Bill

The GetYourGuide deal was great value for money. Our express ferry with captain cook cruises was prompt and the staff were very friendly. It was wonderful to hear a bit of history about the harbour through the boat staff on the way over to Taronga. The express ferry had numerous return trips running throughout the day as well which was wonderful. The sky safari at Taronga also saved us a lot of time getting into the zoo, which allowed us to have a full day exploring the zoo. This deal is definitely worth purchasing.

This is a smaller aquarium compared to others I have been too. I was surprised there wasn’t as much fish as I expected. The environment was dark. It was also crowded. Strollers were often blocking the middle of pathways. Sea Life should consider booking times to enter to avoid over crowding. There’s isn’t much seating along the way and it was obvious people needed to sit. It is definitely time to revamp this aquarium.

If you are looking for a cruise of the Sydney harbor, look elsewhere. The cruise was just back and forth across the harbor to the zoo. The trip to and from the Zoo was great, the zoo was ok, it being one of the hottest days of the summer, many of the animals were in their dens staying cool. The zoo is all up and down hills, strenuous for older folks on a hot day.

Very easy and straightforward. Staff was very friendly at all the attractions we visited and was very welcoming. Enjoyed it and lugging around four children in all of this the staff made it very easy for us.
