The restaurant revolves, offering incredible 360-degree views of the city skyline and harbor.  After six months of reinvention and a change in name from 360 Bar and Dining, Infinity now offers a brand new culinary concept. The ever-changing menu at Infinity will celebrate the diversity of contemporary Australian cuisine, combining the finest local produce with international ingredients and flavors.
