      Having a hard time finding the neet up point to collect the ticket, should’ve put a clear sign / direction eg. booth(fantasea) located behind the cook ferry booth. Tbh, it was great but unfortunately most animals in zoo are sleeping and some if them were relocated / couldn’t show at that time. So a bit disappointed, pay full price for less shows/ service

      My visit was just fantastic. I took a first time visitor and he was blown away. The staff at the zoo we so very helpful and so very friendly. From zoo staff to volunteers. I also watch your tv show which I find amazing. My visit was worth every penny we had such a magic day. I wish all you staff a Merry Xmas and best wish too the zoo and staff for 2023 Thank u.❤️

      The zoo was amazing. Very compact and many animals to view in good surroundings. The giraffes were especially amazing. We couldn't find the platypus though and were disappointed. We were also disappointed at the number of ferry times to and from the zoo using Fantasea.
