Full description

Leave Sydney and begin your day of exploration by journeying to the Blue Mountains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Area, on a comfortable bus. Explore the park on a guided bushwalk, visit local towns, and marvel at your stunning surroundings, as your guide gives you informative commentary.

Known for its stunning display of natural beauty and vast rainforests clad in eucalyptus trees, the Blue Mountains are over 100 million years old and span over thousands of hectares. The combination of the scorching Australian sun and fine oil mist from the eucalyptus leaves gives off a distinctive blue haze, earning The Blue Mountains their name. Your first stop is in the quaint town of Glenbrook, where you can enjoy a coffee or a quick snack before making your way to Euroka. Truly an authentic Australian experience, Euroka is campground near Glenbrook that is ideal for spotting native wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch here before beginning your guided walk to Wentworth Falls. Appreciate the stunning surroundings on this hour walk through the bush. Marvel at the spectacular views from Wentworth falls and make your way along the stunning forests of Jamison Valley. Make your way to the locality’s iconic landmark, the Three Sisters rock formation. This is the ideal spot to capture photos of the Sisters whilst avoiding the morning crowds. Keep a close eye out for some of Australia's most iconic and unique wildlife here. As you come to the end of your tour, head to a secret sunset location for spectacular and undisturbed panoramic views. Witness the dazzling range of colors on display and experience the magic and charm of the mountains in the golden hour before sunset, before returning to your starting point.

We had such a great time on our recent tour of the Blue Mountains with our guide "Smokey". He was exceptional with 30 years experience. He ensured we saw the 3 Sisters despite the cloud rolling in and then he took us on an amazing bush walk to Montgomery Falls and even made it to Lincoln's Rock in time for the most amazing sunset. We felt safe and in good hands with our expert guide who was very knowledgable and fun to spend the day with! Highly recommend this tour!

It was a beautiful day to tour the Blue Mountains. So much to see. The bus I was on didn’t have a microphone so it was hard to hear the tour guide’s history of the areas and towns we were seeing. The tour had more walking than I was capable of so I went to areas that I could see the views and enjoyed the tour even more. Chris the guide was very accommodating and patient. The sunset over the mountains es beautiful. It was late by the time I returned to the hotel but very glad I went.

Jason and Amy were both such great guides!! they were both really caring and understanding esp when one of my friends was feeling unwell from food poisoning the day before the trip. Jason is full of sydney/ blue mountain knowledge and he is very talkative and full of jokes! his voice filled the silence during the bus rides to the lookouts which made the journey there v enjoyable too! really one of the best guides i’ve met!
