The ride itself is good. However its unclear when the next bus is coming. The red bus has a fair tracker, however the blue bus has a horrible live tracker. I have waited an hour each time waiting for a bus. Dont expect to easily hop on and off. However once you are on, it is a lovely ride.

Fabulous way to see the city of Sydney and change over to Bondi beach route was easy. The one male attendant at the harbour starting point was sarcastic, belittling and unpleasant. The young girl at the station change over to Bondi beach was helpful and so friendly. The bus drivers did not appear to enjoy their jobs. The recorded guide was informative, interesting, a bit fun and had some good music. Overall, a recommended tour.

A great way to see all four corners of Sydney that you would not discover on your own. Great commentary along the way and to jump on and off at your leisure is great. The service was great especially the manager who greeted us first before boarding was so friendly and helpful!! Very funny! You need that interaction as a tourist sets you up with a smile on your face to start the day.
