International Terminal – The designated meeting point is outside the arrivals terminal at Bay 12 . Please do not wait inside the Terminal, make your way to the Meeting Point when you walk out of the terminal. Domestic Terminal – The designated meeting point is located halfway between T2 and T3 on the curved section of the road. Bays 4 to 7. 1. How to catch a bus from T2 (Virgin, Jetstar & Rex): Walk out of the terminal, once outside turn left. The meeting point is located between the two domestic terminals at the bend in the road. 2. How to catch a bus from T3 (Qantas & Qantas Link): Walk out of the terminal, once outside turn right immediately and keep to the footpath, walk to the far end of the concourse, following the curve of the road. The meeting point is located between the two domestic terminals at the bend in the road. 3. Hotel - airport -Please wait in lobby 10mins prior

Bit of challenge finding location… did walk far enough right once out of arrivals. There is three areas : immediate out front, a taxi area and then ours …keep walking right

A little hard to find pick up location. Once understood it was across from hotel near McDonalds then easy to find. Other than that trip was fine.

The driver was very pleasant and courteous. This is the 3rd time I used SS. It would be nice to have a map (not a description) of the Airport pick up location.
