At Pagan Cider Cellar Door, experience traditional farmhouse-style organic apple ciders and compare them to more modern examples made from a variety of fruits from the valley. Taste delicious cider at Willie Smith's Apple Shed and local produce from the valley will be on offer for lunch. In the afternoon head to the Hobart Brewing Company for a brewery tour and tastings of their beers, then it's off to either Spring Bay Distillery or Charles Reuben Estate, both amazing distilleries with delightful spirit tastings. Your day ends by being dropped off at Brooke St Pier by 5:30 PM.

The tour was excellent from start to finish. Ben did an excellent job organizing and advising what we would see on the tour. It was our first trip to Tazmania and we were limited to one day and one tour. We started at 10 am and finished at 5pm after visiting wine, cider, beer, and spirit distillery while listening to history crafted in between stops. Ben was an incredible guide and masterful story teller, easy to follow and enjoyable to listen to. Many highlights on the tour including an incredible meal at Willie Smiths apple shed. I had the chicken and my husband loved the linguine and shrimp…delicious! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Tazmania and looking for a great full day tour. 5 gold stars!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

It was a great day out seeing the sights and tasting the local produce. Ben our tour guide was very pleasant. It was nice to listen to him speak about the history and set a scene as we drove to the each destination. Highly recommend the places we visited and Ben as a tour guide.

Excellent. Great guide, great venues and hosts. Generous tastings at all venues. Knowledgeable hosts that patiently answered our questions and reflected their passion for their product. Plus Tassie is just a beautiful place to visit.

Great trip. Ben took us to some of the best wineries, distillery and brewery. Ben's knowledge was exceptional and articulation and next level. The whole trip was an excellent experience. I would recommend this tour anyday.
