    Created in 1570, Strasbourg’s Christkindelsmärik, or Market of the Infant Jesus, is the oldest Christmas market in Europe. Each November the city becomes the Capital of Christmas. Two million visitors come to visit the market, enjoy the famous flashing lights of the Christmas tree in Place Kléber and discover Alsatian culture. On this 1 hour and 30 minute tour, taste culinary specialties such as hot wine, pretzels and kugelhopf. Get in some holiday shopping with typical souvenirs such as religious statues, handmade toys, tablecloths, napkins, Christmas tree ornaments and jewelry.     Guide never showed up. The main person at the headquarters was as helpful as he could be -luckily the phone number was on my printed ticket! After 30 minutes of back and forth we finally gave up and agreed to a refund.
