Finding a hop on station was very difficult because I had no information where all stations are without a station map. In addition google shows the tourist ticket sell station and I was looking outside on the street for a big start point signalisation. I walked around for 1h. But once catche a bus on a trafic light it was a good expiriance :).

The bus has nice heater in winter. I did one full tour and a half and the second one skipped part of the rout of the second one. Be aware that the boat tour is NOT included. You can purchase it “at a discounted price”The audio is informative and not overwhelming with facts like other tours. All in all a good activity in winter when walking on ice is not so appealing.

Nice audio with interesting historical information. Ride was comfortable and relaxing. Only downside that part of the 95 minute tour were two breaks, one for 15 minutes and a second for twenty minutes. I should have been informed of this. Totally unnecessary.
