A great day is coming to an end. The hike with George was awesome. We walked a lot and always took short breaks, which was very good because of the temperatures, so that we didn't get cold. Lunch was super delicious! Unfortunately we couldn't walk across the lake because it wasn't frozen hard enough yet. This tour with Green Trails is highly recommended!!

Unfortunately in the days leading up to and during my visit, Stockholm was experiencing a "topical heatwave" with temperatures above freezing so there wasn't enough snow to go snowshoeing. However, the hike was still fantastic as was our guide, Patrick! We hiked in a lush green national park and even walked across a massive frozen lake which was such a surreal experience. I'll definitely be rebooking with Green Trails for all my adventures in the future.

It was a tremendous day, all promises were kept! Our guide Patrick is cheerful, enthusiastic, a good listener and takes his time to explain everything we encountered during the hike! We were lucky to have snow and the scenery was beautiful. High highly recommended this activity, even for a short stay in Stockholm if you like to immerse yourself in nature!
