Hi, this experience was superb!!! Many thanks to our guide Jonas. Me and my son had an absolutely amazing day! From start to finish. I would 100% recommend this activity and The Green Trails company. We were given detailed description of the safety equipment and also watched a video what to do in case you fall through the ice. I felt completely safe with Jonas on the ice. The lunch was lovely, homemade soup with crackers and cheese and biscuits and tea/glog . We even had open fire!!! Awesome. I didn't know we will carry a big backpack with the equipment (spare clothes, etc) but I didn't feel any heaviness while iceskating. I definitely book again if I happen to be in Stockholm in winter time. Thank you again!!! PS: We were iceskating on Magelungen lake, about 10km South from Sodermalm (part of Stockholm)
A must - do tour ! This tour won't dissapoint ! Very well organised + fantastic tour guides! Can't wait to be back next year ! Thank you !

Know before you go
- Please remember that the weather conditions are out of our control, and there is no ice guarantee. If the ice conditions are not safe we will do our best to organize an alternative activity (most likely a winter hike) on the date you are booked. However last winter season, we haven't had one single excursion on which we weren't able to skate :)
- You don't need to contact us to check the ice conditions.
- By booking you agree to take full responsibility for any accident that may occur during the trip.
- Please note, this is an active excursion it's best to wear breathable material that dries quickly. Avoid cotton if possible. Wool and polyester, worn in multiple layers, are best.
