The hike was absolutely amazing and the view was spectacular. Our guide (Michael) was knowledgeable, friendly and a very experienced mountaineer; making an already wonderful hike even more fantastic. I would recommend that people consider the hike at least moderate as you do have to go up several steep inclines for extensive periods. Additionally, if you’re doing the hike in the winter please make sure you are prepared with warm clothes (several layers), actual hiking boots, a rain jacket, day pack and spikes. The weather changes quickly and hikers should be ready for varying climates.
Two thumbs up! The guide, Pablicio (Fablicio) was very friendly, calm and experienced, made the whole journey so much easier & safer for us with his own secret path. :) While others were slipping from steep rock hills, no one from us got injured, not a single wound. Enjoyed the trip very much, it is certainly a must in Norway and something you'll regret for, if you miss it. Once in a lifetime experience!!!
The experiences were very strong! The sunrise when we were on the ferry at the Lysefjord was fantastic. The rocks the calm see . And when arrived at the Kjerag was amazing. Thank you oudoorlifenorway! Thank you very much guide Helge for your professional guidance.
Despite the rain, wind and cold conditions, we found the hike a challenging, very rewarding experience. Our guide Jakob was a legend and would recommend the hike to anyone looking for a bit of a challenge
An absolutely a awesome adventure with a fantastic guide! The reward at the end, with the incredible views from Pulpit Rock made this day the experience of a lifetime and will never be forgotten!
