Review summary
Overall a very good tour. It was threatening rain but the guide insisted on giving us her entire guide “speak” and the weather proved to be a problem for the rest of the tour. We were very delayed in getting to Ellis Island and only had about 40 min. there. A little more flexibility of the guide could have enhanced the experience.

Our tour guide Ross was very informative. If you are wanting to go up onto the Statue of Liberty’s pedestal, make sure it is included. I wish we had more time allotted at Ellis Island, however, as it was the end of the tour we, our guide asked us to let him know if we wished to stay which we did. I thought there would have been more artifacts at Ellis Island instead of photos, but thoroughly enjoyed walking through the immigrant experience. The museum at the Statue if Liberty was fantastic.
