Douglas is a great tour guide. He was very informative and the tour was comprehensive. I especially appreciate that he reached out to us prior to the tour, in order to ‘get to know us.’ It makes a big difference when there is familiarity right from the beginning. Not only does he guide, but he listens, and adjusts his itinerary based on comments and questions. Very unusual, and appreciated. Should you ever find yourself in MSP, do not hesitate to avail yourself of Doug and his tour.

I enjoyed the overall experience. The ghost stories themselves weren’t terribly scary, but entertaining and the architecture of the various homes was very cool. Lilly was our guide, she did a good job I’ve just had tours in Nola that had more seasoned guides, so I think with more experience she will be great. I very much enjoyed the tour.

Douglas was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. The tour was very interesting and Douglas has detailed knowledge about the past and present of the entire area. He had great suggestions about places to stay and other things to do outside of the tour. Highly recommend!!

Perfect weather, plus knowledgeable, personable, interesting tour guide! If you like history and architecture, this is a fun way to learn about the Summit Ave area.
