It was a nice get away from the mainland. Upon arriving at Comino/Blue Lagoon it’s a beautiful sight, the pictures just don’t do it justice . There’s a few good and drink stands, Toilets (clean I must say as they have someone monitoring the toilets) /Shower (to rinse off ) and lockers (at a price) to Store your belongings if you don’t want to keep on your persons. You can do Banana Boat, Parasail and swim over to another mini island at the Blue Lagoon. I definitely recommend getting a pineapple drink but take a fork with you to enjoy the remain part of the pineapple cup as all that juicy flavoured pineapple goes to waste. It’s a shame they don’t supply a fork to go with it after. Our tour guide was lively and even provided music entertainment and laughs. P.s Make sure you get the tickets to be able to board off at the Blue Lagoon as they do have security that check or you won’t be able to access the Blue Lagoon.

Embark on an exciting 45-minute journey to the breathtaking Blue Lagoon in Comino aboard one of our speedboats, the fastest and most convenient way to reach Comino Island from St. Julian’s.

Select your preferred departure time (and duration) from the available options, giving you the flexibility to plan your day with ease.

Leaving from our base in St. Julian’s, you will cruise along the eastern coast of Malta, passing by the fascinating St. Paul’s Islands, and then heading straight to the iconic Blue Lagoon in Comino, where you will step ashore to spend the rest of your day exploring and appreciating this charming tiny island.

Prepare to be dazzled by the turquoise, crystal-clear waters of the renowned Blue Lagoon! This enchanting bay with transparent cyan waters, a white sandy base, and a rich marine life is the ideal spot for a relaxing and unforgettable day. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, snorkelling, or strolling through the countryside of Comino Island.

Later in the afternoon, the speedboat will pick you up from the Blue Lagoon for your return journey. On the way back, we will visit the beautiful Comino Sea caves before returning to our base.

Meeting point

The boat departs from the jetty located behind the Verdi St. George's Bay Marina Hotel (formerly known as Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort) at 8, Ix-Xatt Ta' San Ġorġ, St. Julian’s. When you arrive at this location, near the entrance to the Hotel’s underground parking lot, there is a black iron gate. Go through the gate, down the ramp, turn left, and follow the yellow line painted on the ground until you arrive at the jetty where boats and jet skis are parked.

Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please make sure to plan ahead, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
  • This is not a guided tour; the stop at Comino Island will be at leisure (free time)
  • Customers who do not have an access pass to step ashore at the Blue Lagoon will be taken to Comino's Santa Marija Bay instead.
  • The provider reserves the right to utilise any speedboats from its fleet based on availability and operational circumstances, which may differ from those featured in the photos.

Great sunset trip on the speedboat out to the caves and the lagoon. Lagoon was very busy but a nice place to swim in the sea and worthwhile visit. Speedboat was fast!
