After we found the pick up spot it was good. It was VERY DIFFICULT to find the spot as there is no physical location for the Loews Royal Pacific Resort pickup. The Uber driver couldn’t find it even after talking to the attendant at Loews Royal Pacific Reaort. He left us at what he believed was the correct spot. I saw a Loews employee and asked him if this was correct. He said no and took me to the correct place. And by the way, the Royal Resort was not identified as Loews Royal Pacific Resort, here is the text I received. Hello Lois Stebbins, for your tour tomorrow the pickup location will be the Universal Pacifica Ballroom at Royal Pacific had to ask if it was Loews, PLEASE work on finding a better place for pickup!! Ishmael, our driver, let us out at the main Resort entrance at the end of the trip so we could get an Uber ride with a specific location for them to pick us up. Maybe you could arrange for your pickup to be at this location? 6300 Hollywood Way. It was help a lot!

We booked the tour with admission to the Colonial Museum, and were happy about it, because the prices for museums in Augustin are quite high, it's a shame that history is marketed like that. But that has nothing to do with our tour. Our guide was great, he explained a lot to us, showed us a lot and was super friendly from start to finish. He also answered questions. We had a lot of time to explore the old town and discovered some interesting corners. All in all, a great trip. Thank you 😌

This was by far the best trip I have ever taken. Our Grey Line driver was unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. The trolley tour was the best way to see the whole city and be able to explore multiple points without the stress of time. Next time I go to Florida I will be booking this tour again.

The pick-up address did not match the actual location, so we called the provider. They were super helpful. There we found out that the pick-up was 30 minutes earlier than on the app. The tour itself was super interesting and the driver was friendly and informative.
