We had a fantastic experience. Communication was excellent!! We received an email a couple of days before the activity confirming all of the details and requesting the waivers so we did not waste time on the day of the activity. Then we received an email from the guide the night before the activity with some extra tips. Grant, the guide, was very knowledgeable in the historical, geological, flora and fauna details of the area and made the hike/bike a lot of fun. It was also our first time renting eBikes and we would highly recommend.
