Full description
Visit 5 of Croatia’s islands in style with a fun-filled day trip by speedboat. Head on an adventure where you explore caves, swim and snorkel, and discover Dalmatian towns.  Choose either Trogir or Split as your starting point. And best of all, choose from either a small-group or private experience.  Cruise on a 90-minute speedboat journey to reach your first stop, the Blue Cave. Explore the cave in a small fishing boat as you take in its famous crystal blue waters.  Next up is a visit the island of Vis for you to explore the village of Komiža in 1 hour of free time. Discover the traditional Dalmatian fishing village with its narrow streets, pebble beaches, and inviting promenade.   Swing by Stiniva Cove next, accessing the cove at the sunniest time of the day for a quick 15-minute dip. Then head to Budikovac Island for your next activity: snorkeling and swimming in the Blue Lagoon. Borrow the snorkeling gear onboard to enjoy a relaxing hour-long dip here, or even a refreshment on the beach. Last up is a visit to Hvar, with some free time to eat lunch and do some sightseeing in the picturesque port city. Highlights include the historic town center and the Španjola Fortress’ views of the Pakleni Islands. Relax and enjoy the scenery as you are then transported back to Split or Trogir.

Awesome speedboat tour with great and friendly guides visited some beautiful places. Unfortunately, we didn't go to the Blue Cave due to weather conditions. The only downside was that the start of the trip was delayed by 30-45 minutes (possibly due to the rain), but nobody contacted us about this; also, the start of the trip could be faster: it took somewhat took long for the guide to find everybody from the list and load them into boats.

The day trip was other wise really well executed but because of the seasons changing (our timing was at the start of October) we were not able to do the so-called "main thing" of the whole trip: go to the Blue caves. The winds seem to be so strong at this time of the year that it lowers the possibility of getting to the caves quite drastically. Of course, our guides tried to compensate this by going to other places the tour wouldn't otherwise go to which was really nice. But I have to say that the boat ride is not for the fainted hearted: if you are scared of high speed and boat bounding caused by big waves, get annoyed by water getting to your face and well, everywhere, have any kind of severe neck and back problems, I would suggest you will give this one a pass. I personally enjoyed the "rough ride" but it's not everyone's cup of tea.

It was very well organized. The speed boat was a lot of fun, for some people it was probably too bouncy (but you're in open water in a speed boat). Time in the blue lagoon was brief. It was interesting to see but I wouldn't base the tour on that. Enough time on the islands to explore, eat and relax. Additional beach and swim time at other points that was very nice.
