Mario met us at Diocletian Palace. He was informative and interesting. The day was unusually hot and humid. He kept us in the shade and were moving at a nice pace. The palace was huge but we covered it well and got a feel as how they lived in 4 century. We tried Get Your Guide for the first time and it was the best value during our trip. I would use it again anywhere.

Our guide Jakov is a history and English teacher ! He explained us historical facts and also fun facts! Like if we didnt have anything to wish for (when touching the statue’s toe) we’d wish the local football club to win!!! Absolutely brilliant beyond belief.....our guide was superb in her knowledge, wit and caring....always making sure we were a whole group before she started speaking. I recently found out I'm half Croatian and our guide spoke about Croatian personalities and mannerisms....and she described me to a tea! It was a fabulous couple of hours full of tips for restaurants and shopping too!
