What People Are Saying About Spanish Steps
Our guide, incidentally named Guido, was amazing. His knowledge of art, history, and archeology was extensive. He was personable. His English was excellent, and indeed he was fluent in many languages. The tour used an individual earphone system, which worked well. There was a reasonable amount of time dedicated to the Gallery - 2 hours - which is what the Borghese administration allots per group. The third hour is spent strolling through the gardens; on our tour we ended up at the top of the Spanish Steps, at the Church of the Trinity (Trinita dei Monti). We felt we got the most out of our visit by taking this excellent tour of the Borghese Gallery.
The Borghese Gallery was very nice worth seeing the guide new her history very well and we would recommend it to anyone who will go to Rome.
