Tickets on line a good idea, easier if you print out if you are not really techi. A young guy at the scanner helped us. You can also schedule your tram tour. We did not, but luckily we were there before it opened and they were allowing you to sign up at customer service inside the facility even though the sign said tours were full for the day. We took the 9:00, boarding until 9:15 good idea when we got back lines were long. We took the tour that showed the training facility, was a great tour and our guides were very knowledgeable. The museum was very interesting. They were unveiling the new space suits but that unveiling was an invitation only event, so sad we could not attend. The museum was a great experience and educational for school age children, they seemed to be really in to it. The tour was perfect for length. Guides were very informative and answered every question. The only place I would have liked to see that wasn’t shown was the Control Center. On the other had, the Training Center was amazing. I can’t believe they have that much stuff packed into one building. We’ll be taking the Grands when the come with us.

It was spectacular! The weather was terrible, but I was so happy to be there! Everything was well organized, the people at the desk were kind and helpful, and they were very nice to schedule our team tours back to back rounding out a wonderful day! I really wanted a NASA, or Artemis or HSC sweatshirt, but they were too expensive. I would definitely revisit the space center.
