What people are saying about Southern Region, Iceland

We had our experience in February. As we had a car, we choose the option to meet next to the horse stalls. Very easy to find, but due to a snow it might be limited parking spaces. Horses were amazing, i had Atlantis, no any issues during the ride. On arrival you will be provided with a helmet and, what we didn’t expect, with warm jumpsuit to keep you warm during the ride. Stuff were very friendly and attentive during the trip. Also at the end they offered tea and coffee.

It was a fun and scenic ride through snowy mountains and icy creeks. We were able to experience a tolt, which is a fast-paced walk. I would liken it to a jog. I wish there would have been a little more instruction on how to get in tune with the horse during the tolt. Other than that, everything was great! The horses knew where to go and what they were doing.

This is a must to do. Myself and fiancé had the best time riding these beautiful horses. The team are great especially if you are a first time rider. You also get a chance to have your photos taken but enjoy and take in every moment! Fantastic morning.

Good organization, on time pick up. Gred facilities and horse equipment(raincoat). Long tour around with beautiful houses. They give you horse up to ur level of riding and from walking they will do a bit of galloping too)))

it was amazing and a lot of fun. it helped a lot to look at the "what to bring" list. loved it
