Make your way to Middle Farm, where you can buy cheeses, sparkling wines, or cider from Sussex. Middle Farm will be the lunch stop where the quaint tea rooms serve light lunches, snacks, coffee, and tea. Continue along quiet country lanes to the Seven Sisters Country Park. Make a short stop to visit the Neolithic carving known as the Longman of Wilmington. Next, enjoy a guided walk along Beachy Head and take stunning photos of the white chalk cliffs. Travel to Birling Gap and see the results of accelerated coastal erosion.
