If you’re looking for an activity to mix up your time in Sorrento, this is it. We had been wanting to do a cooking class all trip and were so glad we waited for this one. Location was great, pickup and drop off was easy, and all the staff were funny, welcoming and knowledgeable. Would recommend. Just leave the pineapple at home!

We had a fantastic afternoon making pizza with our hosts, Luigi, and a lovely lady who's name escapes me! (sorry) As part of a mixed group, we started with a mozzarella tasting with various olive oils. Luigi proceeded to take us through steps of making the pizza dough before we assembled the toppings. Once cooked in the pizza oven, we all sat and enjoyed our creations with some wine, followed by tirimisu. We all had so much fun. Pizza that would have made Luigi's nonna proud, and not a piece of pineapple in sight... Buonissimo!
