Based on traditional dishes, you will prepare quick and simple meals using fresh and wholesome ingredients. Classes are held in a large, well equipped kitchen, close to a garden of lemon, orange, and fig trees, as well as vines of grapes and lots of flowers.
After your class, sit down to lunch, paired with a good local wine. Relax on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and the background songs from the birds. The dishes will be easy to reproduce back home, and all guests will receive a gift set of a chef’s apron, hat, and handbook of recipes.
