Super comfortable transport, careful driver and the guide Luiza, who took us to the archaeological site, is very friendly and helpful. At the archaeological site, the guide in Spanish, Bernardo, was extremely didactic and showed good command of the content.

Myself and my partner went on this tour and we really enjoyed it. I found the person, I think Marino, a little annoying on the bus as he checked with us 5 times on the bus who was on the bus even though noone was on or off the bus each time he checked. Perhaps a little cautious. We were changed to a tour guide when we got to Pompeii and she was very good, very information and funny and light. I can't remember her name but she had brown hair, looked young and she was carrying an orange umbrella. I found the tour informative and I was glad we chose it. Sometimes we lost hearing her as the mics were crackly if she walked too far. The only thing we were frustrated with was, after the tour we were told we'd have free time to explore, and we did, however considering we knew we had an hour free time I don't understand why we weren't given free time to look around the Official gift shop in Pompeii as when you leave you cannot reenter. This felt like a miss. Overall though the tour was good.

This was an excellent tour around Pompeii. The guide was excellent and also provided information and history about local areas on the route to the site. The tour lasted just over 2 hours which was plenty of time for the guide to cover lots of ground around the site and deliver extremely insightful information. We tour group was 35 people and the sound equipment was good to hear the guide clearly throughout. From start to finish, the tour including travelling time lasted 6 hours which was 2 hours longer than advertised. There was heavy traffic but this seems to be a common event in the area so I would expect the tour to last at least 5 hours to take this into account, but don't let this put you off.
