Full description
After a pick-up at your hotel you’ll meet your guide at Nerano's pier and board the boat for Capri Island. The full-day journey takes you via Punta del Capo and the Baths of Queen Giovanna, and the seat of Villa Pollio Felix, the most important Roman archaeological site in Sorrento. You’ll sail along the Sorrento peninsula’s rocky coastline, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay. The scenic crossing over from mainland Nerano/Sorrento Coast to Capri Island is approximately 35 minutes. When you arrive on the island in the morning at Marina Grande Harbour you can enjoy enough free time on your own as you wish (option 1), or, for an additional cost, join the recommended visit to both main towns, Capri and Anacapri, via a private minibus skip-the-line service with your guide, to save time and see more (option 2). The 1-hour boat ride around the entire island will normally happen in the afternoon. You can choose to follow a guided tour of the island (additional cost), or discover the island on your own. At the end of the day you’ll take the boat back to Sorrento.

Fantastic day from start to finish. Maria was amazing, along with the boat crew. We went for extra bus tour of €22 each instead of €14 bus charges. We really enjoyed chair lift to the top which was €12 but you weren’t up there for long, great pics and awesome views on way down.

    Great all round trip.

Pick up from our hotel, well organised with a friendly guide made this trip very enjoyable. Due to it being so busy in August and hot, it was worth paying extra for minibus transfer on Capri, particularly as this was our first visit. This allowed us to see a lot of the island in a short time and the boat trip at the end was a highlight for me. Overall it was a very hot, busy but thoroughly enjoyable day and I would recommend this company.

It was good, very comfortable - we were picked up from the hotel in the morning, took to the boat, sailed to Capri Island and got back the same way in the evening. Also, we really enjoyed to island boat tour, a complete well explained tour. What I didn't like was that our guide tried to fool us into buying an additional bus trip to Capri and Anacapri, by telling us we won't have anything to do down, in the harbour, because the touristic towns are up, in the mountains - we refused to pay 22 euro per person for that bus trip and we did it our way: first of all, the harbour town was pretty good itself, a lot of nice streets, restaurants, bars, great beach. Also, Capri town was at 20 minutes walking on a stairway! If you don't feel like climbing all those stairs, you can use the funicular which is very cheap, 4 euros for a round trip! You don't need the bus trip! Even though Anacapri is pretty far away and you can't get there walking, I heard it's not that great compared with Capri.
