Communication after booking was excellent. Made sure we were confident in where we was being collected. Journey was very comfortable too and from. Was all organised so efficiently that we lost no time. Now our tour guide, Alissia (unsure of spelling) well. just WOW! She made that tour for us. Excellent language skills, very clear. Her knowledge was brilliant, and she also had the most amazing sense of humour. Obviously skilled in dealing with wanderers and pulling them back to the group to make sure we saw as much as possible, and gave just the right time for each area. If we go again and was lucky enough to have her, we'd be chuffed. You won't be disappointed booking with these guys. Highly recommend.

Pick up and drop off was very prompt right at my hotel doorstep. Guide was great and took time to explain and her energy was very high throughout the 2hr tour. The radio works well and I could hear the guide very clearly even from a distance. I had a great time learning about the history of the site. Tour agency only confirmed timing of pick up the night before as stated on the booking. May be a bit unnerving for the anxious personalities who likes to pre-plan well in advance.

The day before the trip, around 7pm, I received a confirmation with the pick up time. The pick up and drop off were perfect. I was lucky as we were only 3 for the French tour and the guide was fantastic. We learnt a lot!

A perfect tour with a perfect guide. This is truly a must-see for any visitor to Naples. All recommendations!

the guide was great her name is Elisa, she was funny and interesting
