Full description

Once on board, the boat tour will depart at 9:00am from Marina del Cantone. First, you'll sail around Li Galli island, where the myth of Ulysses and the Sirens is said to have been set. Then your boat will head to the Ancient Marine Republic of Amalfi where you'll enjoy 3-3.5 hours of free time to explore the town. Don't miss seeing the main local attractions such as the Cathedral and the Cloister of Paradise. Enjoy some time on the pebble beach, tanning and swimming in the azure waters. You may also want to shop for local products like the world-famous Amalfi Coast lemons and limoncello.  Next, sail towards Positano, where you'll also have about 1.5-2 hours to yourself. Admire the picturesque Furore and the beautiful old town of Praiano. On the return trip, you'll find the Fjord of Crapolla and the enchanting Islet d'Isca that belongs to Eduardo de Filippo. Finally, arrive back at the port at about 5:15 PM to catch your shuttle back to your accommodations.

Know before you go

  • The shuttle service is available from Sorrento and its bordering towns, but the tour departs from Nerano (Marina del Cantone), Massa Lubrense
  • No Meta or Vico Equense pickups, but if you come to Sorrento by train we can pick you up from near the train station, remember to select the shuttle service option when checking out

Great tour, host was very knowledgeable about the local area. Given plenty of time at Amalfi but the one shame was that the sea was too choppy for us to dock at Possitano meaning we missed this leg of the trip. Overall very positive but a shame to miss out on something we had planned to do, with no offer of a partial refund

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The coach transfer went smoothly and the crew on the boat were really outstanding. They were informative, approachable, knowledgeable and above all also, more than happy to chat with the customers/passengers. The weather started off a little damp but by the afternoon it was glorious sunshine. Highly recommend this trip, we'll worth the time and cost.

This was such a great option to see Positano and Amalfi. It made it so easy to get to these places without having to deal with the ferry lines or driving on the roads of the Amalfi coast and it was such a beautiful scenery to go by boat. We saw different points of interest along the shore line which made it interesting. We had 3 or 4 hours in Amalfi and 1.5 hours in Positano. Definitely bring a bathing suit to swim at either of locations because the areas to swim are right by where we got dropped off.
