From the beginning to the end, our guide, Yonatan, was great to assist the group. We arrived to the locations timely. He had us take breaks at necessary locations for both catching our breath and bathroom use. Overall, my wife and I, are happy with our day. The only thing i can suggest is a rule about using electronic devices in the van. There are many people from many different countries, therefore, behaviors and understandings. A rule about how to use personal devices (quietly or with the requirement of a headphone/airpod use) would be beneficial since the tour starts at 4am in the morning and lasts until 6pm.

The only thing I would say is that on many occasions the guides describe more things in English than in Spanish, being a destination where Spanish is spoken, I understand English, but sometimes it seems that there is more preference for European tourism. Apart from that, the tour is worth it, the lagoon is beautiful, the path is difficult, I recommend using horses to go up, and a motorcycle to go down, since due to the time if you are not in good condition it is a bit difficult to keep up the same pace, adding the altitude, but it is very worthwhile.

We really liked everything. The food was really great and also very suitable for vegetarians. The guide was incredibly friendly and had a lot to tell us. The horseman was also super friendly.
