An excellent tour, very enjoyable. Our guide was really knowledgeable and there was only my partner and me, so it felt very informal and bespoke to us. Got a really good understanding of Sofia’s history and culture, saw all the main landmarks, even went into a shop to test the rose handcream (70% of the world’s rose oil comes from Bulgaria we learned!), and the wine and light meal at the end was so welcome in a lovely tavern. Thank you :-)

Our guide Katrin was excellent. She had great historic knowledge of Sofia and was very enthusiastic about her city. She also took us to several eating and drinking venues all with local dishes which we wouldn’t have found without her. Would highly recommend this tour and Katrin as a way of familiarising yourself with the city and its culture.

Nice guide, a lot of knowledge, so we learned a lot about the history and beauty of the city in a short time. Infectious enthusiasm. There were two of us, private walk. Tasty food and good wine. Definitely recommended for those who want to visit the highlights in a short time and experience some culture.

Maria was excellent. She gave us a very thorough tour and was able to answer all questions we had. As she had lived in Sofia for decades she was able to explain important events and historic sites in great detail. One of the highlights of our trip! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time with Dany! Don't miss this tour!
