Theodosi, our guide was extremely nice to us and was very informative about many aspects of the caves and waterfall we visited. Though the car had a puncture which disrupted the first part of the tour he still managed to take us to all the 4 sites and did not hurry us up. The natural beauty that these caves convey is simply not comparable to anything similar I have seen in Europe. Bulgaria has a lot of hidden gems. Worth a visit to Sofia and outside of the capital.

It was an absolute pleasure to be on this trip. we were a small party of 4 led by our excellent guide Danial. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills that kept us engaged. He gave us important information and facts as we traveled through the day. He was like a friend suggesting good places and spots for pictures and views. He also took us to this beautiful little tavern serving authentic Bulgarian cuisine. In short, Danial was a perfect guide in every sense and he made our trip one of the most memorable ever. I would highly recommend him to anyone who would like to visit Bulgaria.
