After meeting for this tour we listened to some information about Bulgaria's history and then walked to a local bakery. We stood outside an tasted some local drinks and a pastry. After that we continued to walk around the city and learn about the Bulgarian culture. We visited a doll museum and had the lesson about Cyrillic and then right next door we practiced the dancing. Then went to a tea shop and tasted rose tea and jam. It was very fun to learn about and participate in the local traditions. Also, we finished in time to go back to the meeting place and attend the free walking tour of the sites offered by the same company. It's definitely worth the time and money.

We experienced how traditions are preserved in daily life, tried different drinks and food, and went to see some new cultural venues held by the youth which we shall not know if not joining the tour. Wonderful.

My tour guide is Daniel. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The rose valley is beautiful and the lunch is good. I bought the very good quality rose oil in the garden. I had two wonderful days with Daniel .

Great trip to the Valley of Roses. A well-designed program with visits to local places of interest. And at the end of a wonderful town Koprivshtitsa. Guide Martin is beyond praise. Thank you so much
