We had a private tour and the guide was very nice and informative
Our tour guide was very good and very accommodating along the way. Was very informative when we did the stops along the way, and answered any questions very well to the best of his knowledge. The city was nice and relaxed and had many shops etc. 2 hours is more than enough time with 1 hour being plenty to explore but 2 is necessary if you would like to eat.
