Fantastic tour to some amazing places. Our guide Sara was very good, friendly and informative throughout the trip. The lakes are amazing and Rastoke village is pretty too, albeit very tiny. I would say you need some luck with the weather, since there's a lot of walking involved and too hot/rainy would be no fun, but we were lucky as the temperature was warm but not unbearable. The bus was confortable and air-conditioned, which helped.
This is not the first time I have booked tours with your company. Everything was organized clearly and we were notified in advance. I really liked the guide today. She was interesting, attentive to every tourist, and everything was very well organized. There were no glitches or delays. Excellent!
We had a traffic problem (a truck crashed and we were stuck on the road) and some people were very rude to the guide, but he managed to stay calm. I loved the experience and it was well worth it. The guide, Tom, was very welcoming, concerned, and helpful with everything! 10 out of 10.
Beautiful gorge with a good mix of action and quiet passages, very knowledgeable and friendly guide (Bastia).
It was great to spend the day exploring Rastoke and Plitvice. And Sara was a great guide.
