Venture into the wilderness of the upper canyon between Primišlje and Tržič, considered the most beautiful part of the Mrežnica River and ideal for a thrilling kayaking adventure. Paddle your way through a deep and narrow gorge where the sun only enters for a few hours each day and marvel at the spectacular natural light show. Pass cliffs of white rocks and lush vegetation, discover cascading waterfalls, strong freshwater springs and pools of water that are great for swimming in the summer. Get some time to swim and jump at an 8-meter high waterfall before kayaking back to the meeting point in the early afternoon.

Start your exicting journey from the capital of Croatia, Zagreb. Enjoy a relaxing ride to the wonderful village Rastoke. After exploring the village, journey to the 16 lakes of the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park. Arrive at the UNESCO World Heritage Site to take a nature walk through the magnificent woodlands. Marvel at a system of 12 lakes separated by travertine barriers and take a closer look at the marble formations of the incredible natural phenomenon. Learn how the lakes, karst rivers and streams are an ongoing process that continue to shape the landscape over time. See some of the magnificent waterfalls and stand in front of the 78-meter high Large Waterfall (Veliki slap) to hear the roaring thunder of the water as it hits the ground.

Beyond the main tourist attractions, hidden in a rural area between Rastoke Village and Plitvice Lakes National Park, lies the Natural Monument Mreznica River. This conservation area features a dense forest covering the canyon, a river surrounded by cliffs, and a habitat for brown trout, beavers, turtles, and birds—accessible only by kayak. The source of the Mreznica River is just 12 km upstream from civilization, yet it provides clean, drinkable water. Surrounded by untouched nature, emerald-green waters, gentle rapids, and serene waterfalls, it is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in nature’s beauty. Nicknamed “The Waterfall Playground,” this destination offers an unforgettable adventure in tandem boats. Experience the thrill of optional waterfall jumps ranging from 1 to 8 meters high, swim behind cascading waters, or glide over 9 of the 10 waterfalls. After receiving guidance on paddling and safety instructions, you’ll be ready for the ultimate experience. What should You wear for the activity? Our guide and trip leader will provide you with all the necessary equipment required for the activity, giving you tips on how to paddle and work as a team to make your trip safe and enjoyable. We will provide you with a tandem sit-on-top inflatable kayak, paddles, buoyancy aid, and helmets. Depending on the time of the year, we provide neoprene wet shoes, neoprene long john wetsuit, and splash jacket for colder weather. In case you have your old sneakers or water shoes it would be great to bring them and if not, you will get them from us. It’s good to bring a bathing suit, a polyester t-shirt plus a towel because you will be wet at the end! At the finish, our shuttle driver will transfer you back to the start point/base / parking for refreshments and some chilling with your fellow group participants.

The guides will welcome you at the meeting point where you will get the basic instructions about the trip and all of the equipement. After that we will take you to the starting point at Mrežnica river with our transportation. Once there, you will get equiped and our guides will give you instructions and safety procedure. You will be passing through the most beautiful part of Mrežnica, length of 5 kilometers with abundance of magical places for swimming and recreation. Expect amazing untouched nature, beautiful turquoise water and many waterfalls and jumps on this river which is place Primišlje. Right after the first waterfall where your adventure beginns, you will arrive at the biggest waterfall on the whole river - Milkovića slap. From that one you can test your bravery and do a jump from 5m or 9m high right into the deep refreshing water! Route ends passing by the magical camp on Mrežnica, at the bridge. The program is suitable for children strating from 6 years of age, depending on water level!

Experience the breathtaking beauty of Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on an intimate small-group tour from Zagreb. This 10-hour adventure offers a seamless combination of activities, including a guided walking tour, a picturesque ferry ride, and a comfortable shuttle bus journey, ensuring you can explore the park's stunning landscapes with ease. Our adventure starts at 08:30 from Zagreb and in about an hour and a half we will make a short stop at Rastoke Village. After about 20 minutes we will continue our trip to Plitvice Lakes, upon arrival we will be separated by different languages depending on what you've selected. Our 4-5 km route in the park begins with a short walk to the park map for a brief introduction to the park and region. We then hop on a shuttle bus, or "train," for a quick ride near Entrance 1. From there, we walk over the canyon, enjoying the park’s best viewpoints. Upon reaching Entrance 1, we descend slowly towards the lakes, navigating zigzag trails and soaking in stunning views of waterfalls and crystal-clear lakes teeming with fish. Expect at least 3 to 4 hours of walking, exploring, and picture-taking until we reach the port for a scenic boat ride. Note that during peak season, there might be a wait for the boat, which could extend the tour duration. After the 15-minute boat ride, we continue the visit of the upper lakes.
