Sehr nett und zuverlässiger Kontakt. Nicht so ein Riesen Boot, das bis unters Dach vollgestopft ist. Kleiner, dadurch angenehmer. Audio auch in Deutsch. Ich würde einzig empfehlen die Audios mal zu aktualisieren. Aber das tat dem Erlebnis keinen Abbruch. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vielen Dank.

We took the late afternoon cruise during Summer. The meeting point was easy to find and the boat was already waiting when we arrived. The departure and cruise schedule were punctual. We were taken on a slow cruise to the harbours and creeks. The views were spectacular and there was an audible narrative of key landmarks in English. We liked that the group wasn't too big. There were enough seats on open-air the top deck which was shaded. The seats though are hard plastic but they are ok for this short tour. The toilet on the bottom deck was very clean. We were lucky to have brought water with us as the bar on the boat we took was closed and didn't look operational at all. Overall, this tour was worth the time and value for money.

There is a lot of competition and they need to make money. The cruise was quite pleasant but it was hard to stay engaged with the guide (might have been a recorded message - not sure) but it was not interactive. People with the best spots facing forward under the shade fabric were asleep. It left on time and docked on time. Someone on staff put out a hat for tips, but I wasn't sure what for - maybe they were the guide, the person running the ferry? My suggestion, bring a cold bottle of water for each passenger at the beginning on the hot summer days. If the guide is a person, they should try to be more interactive and make sure the people up top are OK. I think there were 3 staff members on boat but none of them ever came up to check on the passengers.
