All those comments about the Spanish version of the tour being blasted on the bus are true but manageable imo. The bus were recent and clean, and the drivers were good. I did the Centro route which was the perfect way to discover the main spots and take notes to where I wanna go back and spend more time. I will do the Polanco and the South circuits before I go, that’s for sure.

Maybe increase the volume on the headset as the voiceover in Spanish in the bus is quite loud and makes it hard to hear sometimes
on the app says is from 9am to 9pm. but in reality is from 9m to 7pm. And they will leave you at the nearest stop at 7pm.
it was nice to be able to get on/off whenever we wanted, though we then had to deal with the logistics of getting the next bus. we were able to get on multiple circuits which was nice

Every newbie to Mexico City should do this tour!!! It's cheaper than Ubers/taxis and more comfortable than a bus. It runs all day into the early evening. It's easy to see what you want to see in the future or that day. I listened to English #2 and AT TIMES I found it difficult to hear because of street noise and the Spanish interpretation was so loud it drowned out the English recording (vol was on high). They offer new to earbuds when you buy your ticket or on SOME buses. Sometimes the recording would shut off before completing the explanation. Sitting on top in the morning and late evening was so refreshing but the afternoon sun is torture in May - and the metal seats will BURN your butt and legs. The driver's were not friendly at all! But the woman who sold me my ticket was super helpful. It's the best day I spent just relaxing and listening to the tour after days of walking. I decided to return to do the hop off and on another day when I figured out my museum tour day.
Best way to see Mexico City. You can easily locate the museums and places of interest either, by getting off the bus as you arrive at them or to see where they are for going back to at a later date.
Very good price for everything you get to see and what it includes. The instructions are not very clear about pickup and drop off points but once we figured it out it was very convenient. It allowed us to see many sights for 1 price and were able to explore them in depth without feeling rushed. There is plenty pickup points that are walkable distances from reforma and Polanco hotel areas. If you plan correctly and buy museum tickets you are even able to use as rides to and from because of good pick up and drop off points.
You need to bring your own earphones to hear the speaker in a language other than Spanish. He will also announce the upcoming stops and bus changes. The overhead announcer is only in Spanish
