It was a great day trip. Seeing as how we weren't renting a car for our stay in Auckland it enabled us to see more of the North Island. The caves were really cool, super interesting to see in person. The Hobbiton set was incredible. The lunch exceeded my expectations. The variety and choice made it hard to choose. The added bonus was that we took the "back roads" rather than just hopping on the main highway. Again without hiring a car, we wouldn't have normally been able to see the lush green hills of the island.

we had limited time in Auckland as we arrived early morning due to a delayed flight. The bus was a quick way to get to most attractions in Auckland or you could just stay on and do the whole tour until you decided where to go. we had intended to make more use of the bus but we're unable due to lack of time.

The guide is friendly, considerate and professional. One tip for the next traveler is that you can select the time slots for your 4 hours. It may not necessarily be starting from 7 am so early.

very good but it would be nice to have a translation in Spanish and French to better appreciate thank you thank you

very interesting and particularly interactive. also appreciated by those who are not rugby fans
