Absolutely worth the money to include the 7 step spa ritual. No need to pay extra for the shared changing rooms if you’re comfortable sharing, they are clean and have private shower cubicles with shampoo and conditioner and access to hairdryers. Lockers and towels included and are a great size to accommodate large coats, bags and shoes. Lagoon itself is spacious and a wonderful experience however including the ritual made the visit incredible. 2 hours is more than enough time to include all the spa ritual and relaxing in the lagoon.

Being a guy that doesn't like relaxing and doesn't know how to, this place surpassed my expectations by a lot. Wonderful experience. Only annoying thing is how many people were using their phone constantly, I like that one sauna room had a no phones section and think there should be other areas like that too throughout. It was my first time and the procedure was a bit confusing as I thought there would be better instructions for how to proceed through the stages but it was a very nice overall relaxing experience.

The Golden Circle is incredible and having a great tour guide with a deep knowledge of Iceland like Tony made it as informative as it was beautiful. Visiting multiple sites including the Geysir, National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall, Fridheimar (with a lovely lunch in their wine bar) and finishing at the Sky Lagoon really made it a very relaxed tour despite the amount we actually covered.

Amazing experience! Lagoon itself is amazing, the steam makes it feel like there is nobody else in there other than yourself and the crowberry martinis were phenomenal. 7 step ritual is a must do skin feels amazing after and makes you feel so relaxed. We even bought the scrub after we finished to try it at home.
