On this comfortable cruise from Tromsø, head to Whale Island and the open sea. Listen to your guide’s commentary about the fish and whale species that thrive in waters that are filled with herring and plankton. The local partner's fast boat ensures that you'll get plenty of time on the water. The coast of Tromsø in northern Norway is widely considered among the best areas in the region for spotting whales. You’ll be on the lookout for inquisitive humpback and killer whales swimming and feeding, and for birds such as sea eagles, gulls, guillimots, eider ducks, and cormorants. Frame all the action through the lens of your camera. With outdoor decking and indoor seating on board the heated boat, you can enjoy an up-close experience with Norway’s native wildlife. Keep warm and refreshed with snacks and drinks.

The whole activity was amazing from start to finish. From the perfectly executed logistics to the customer service across the entire trip. That's before experiencing two once in a lifetime events - watching wild orcas swimming in the Arctic and viewing the spectacular northern lights. We booked the trip last minute and what appeared to be fairly expensive on the face of things was actually unbelievable value when you throw in the transport, catering, accomodation, activities etc. Could not recommend enough!

It was an amazing tour! We couldn’t see orcas because we had to return to the harbour due to the weather but on the other hand, we managed to see an spectacular night of aurora at a privilege location. The lavvos were amazing and the staff working there really nice and helpful.

The ride with the rigid hull inflatable boat is very exhausting. You get wet and with the wind it gets very uncomfortable in the long run. The overnight stay in the Lavvus and the organization there was great!

the whale watching tour was very interesting and with a lot of luck you could see some great whales. Gladly again!
