Situated in the Mall of the Emirates is one of Dubai's most popular – and surprising – attractions. With a skiing area of 22,500 m², it isn't quite the largest in the world, but it's by far the most luxurious! Here are a few things to know before your visit.

    Need a break from Dubai's sweltering heat? Its indoor ski slopes are kept between -4°C and -6°C. Ski wear is included in the price but you might want to bring a woolly hat!

Planning Your Visit

  • Can anyone ski?

    Visitors must meet certain requirements in order to ski alone. The minimum means being able to make turns, stop, and use a chairlift. Absolute beginners can still ski if they book a lesson in advance, or can simply enjoy the bobsled, toboggan, and zipline runs. Also, did we mention the penguins?

  • What are the opening times?

    The Ski Dubai opening hours are from 10:00AM to midnight on Thursdays, 9:00AM to midnight on Fridays, 9:00AM to 11:00PM on Saturdays, and 10:00AM to 11:00PM throughout the rest of the week. It can get busy, so save time by buying your tickets online first.

  • How to get there?

    The Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai are located along the Sheikh Zayed Road. The closest metro station is Mall of the Emirates Metro Station 2.

  • When should I visit?
    Hours vary slightly by day, but the slopes are always open from at least 10:00AM to 11:00PM.
  • Is it expensive?
    A full day pass for adults is 275AED, which is roughly $75. Two-hour passes also available.
  • Will I need a guide?

  • How to get there
    Take the Metro to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station 2. Ski Dubai is located on Sheikh Zayed Road.
  • Additional information
    Hats and gloves are not included in the ticket prices but can be purchased onsite. |
    Lockers can be rented for 25AED.

The experience was cool But when I got there they knew nothing about my paid appointment saying they had not approved this or confirmed this appointment which is so bad on your side as you took my money and never mentioned that ski dubai had to confirm. Fortunately after some arguing they let us in. Sad we had this start because of your company.

From start to finish everyone was so helpful in what I needed to do ...the penguins were a delight to watch and even better when you can stroke their feathers .only down side photos were very expensive 150 dirhams is slightly expensive especially as you can only choose 1 photo out of all the ones you have taken

Nagyon jó élmény volt. 3 pingvinnel találkozhattunk személyesen. Jól felépített és szervezett program. Minden öltözéket kaptunk, kivéve sapka. Szóval sapkát vigyetek! És az külön jó volt, hogy a pingvines jeggyel a bemehettünk a hóparkba is. Szuper volt!

It was outstanding. Everything was well organized. Me and my family enjoyed maximum specially the penguin parade in the evening. We are surprised that Dubai could arrange a ice park in a middle of desert. Just Superb.... Wish to come again...

The good The experience was fun having the chance to touch and see real pinguins. The bad Photos are expensive 150 dirhams for one. At least the could give free complementary photo.
