It was our first time driving a snowmobile, we had so much fun! Winter overalls were provided to keep us warm during the ride, but we still recommend to get dressed properly underneath, cause it will get COLD. The ride was very scenic, we were driving across the frozen lake surrounded by endless snowy arctic landscapes. It was truly a magical experience, totally recommend!

Really great. Highly recommended. It was more than a hour long trainer was really friendly patient. The route was great for first timers to really learn and go crazy. Warm clothing provided was enough till -20 after that you gonna freeze no matter what you wear. Definitely you’ll get your value for you money spend.

Full description

Get familiar with the locals' favourite way of moving around in snow covered forest - snowmobiling! Our experienced snowmobile guide will teach you how to drive a snowmobile and lead you to the wintery nature. Wander through the white forest and frozen waters on maintained snowmobile tracks. Enjoy the chance of a lifetime to see what Lapland has to offer. In the middle of the trip we will have a small break to enjoy hot drinks and tasty cookies. This safari is suitable for the whole family! You will be sharing a snowmobile between 2 people. Contact us at least 48h in advance if you need a pick up to come to our office within a 10km radius. Otherwise the meeting location will be our Safartica Office in Levi 20 minutes before the activity time. Missing the meeting time outside reasonable delays will incur the loss of the money paid for the activity. In order to drive a Snowmobile, a valid physical driver's license and being 18 years old is required by Finnish law.

Really enjoyed it! You split the time driving with someone else so you don’t get to do it the whole time which is kind of a bummer but it was a really great experience still!
