Honest presentation, for tourists but respecting the spiritual aspect

Of course this was NOT a religious ceremony. The balance between spirituality (of the services and musicians) and spectacle (for us tourists) was well done. The space is very nice and well adapted for this kind of presentation. The exposition about the sufism and Rumi is interesting. It's possible to have a tea in the entry-zone. It is not possible to take photos of the presentation, even without flash.

Fascinating, ethereal and quite beautiful

For anyone interested in spirituality and the beauty of Islamic music, to watch the Whirling Dervishes as they perform their reverent dance, is a privilege and joy. If you are expecting to be entertained by a show, this is not for you.

It was an excellent immersion into Turkish culture.

I have nothing really to compare it to in my experience.. Afterwards, My girlfriend and I decided to check out a Balkan/Turkish/Belly Dance show at the same location an hour later. They were very friendly and accommodating.

It was a memorable experience for me and my wife.

It was a memorable experience for me and my wife. We met other Non-Muslims after the event, and they described it as being extremely spiritual for them. For us it was a kind of a worship, being Muslims...

Enjoyable show. Read info in all posters upstairs beforehand

Good venue, good seating and good variation of singing, music and dervish dance. Didn't feel too long. Glad everyone followed the rule of no photography or clapping. After all the dancers are in worship.
